The Municipal Government of Bongabon, Nueva Ecija, through its duly authorized Bids and Awards Committee, and pursuant to Sangguniang Bayan Resolution No.315-S-2025 , hereby invites interested and qualified entities to participate in a PUBLIC AUCTION FOR THE LEASE of the following municipal properties: PROPERTIES TO BE LEASED:1. Bongabon Agricultural Trading Center, Livestock and Auction Market, with improvements, with an approximate area of 35,748 square meters (excluding Admin Office);2. Three (3) units – 24-footer six-wheeler closed wing vans;3. Two (2) units – 17-footer six-wheeler aluminum insulated closed vans; and4. Vacant Lots located at Barangay Curva, Bongabon, Nueva Ecija, with a total area of approximately 60,719 square meters, classified as:23,067 sq.m. (long-term lease); and 37,652 sq.m. (subject to early termination when needed by the Municipality). TERM OF LEASE:The lease shall be for a period not exceeding twenty-five (25) years, subject to existing laws, rules, and regulations. Renewal, if any, shall be subject to evaluation and approval by the Municipality. MINIMUM MONTHLY RENTAL (FLOOR BID):PHP 440,000.00 per month, exclusive of applicable taxes, with a 5% rental escalation every three (3) years.Bids lower than the stated minimum rental shall be automatically disqualified. QUALIFIED BIDDERS:Corporations, cooperatives, partnerships, or sole proprietorships duly registered and legally qualified to operate trading, logistics, livestock, and related facilities. A “fun walk” happened this morning as we opened the month-long celebration of Civil Service Month. Aside from this activity, the LGU-Bongabon will hold its Sport Fest 2023, featuring different sports like basketball, volleyball, and badminton, as well as zumba and 10,000 steps. Meanwhile, after the fun walk, we gathered for our Monday convocation and did some recognition for our town’s new professional, Ms. Alexandra Gay Marcelo Zabat, and we also recognized the LGU-Bongabon employee of the month for August 2023, which are Mr. Monico Montubig of the Community Affairs Office and Mr. Charlz Bryan Cruz of the Municipal Planning and Development Office.  #CivilServiceMonth2023
